In this episode, Lucas and David had the honor of sitting down with Natalie Rothman, the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Advance Auto Parts.

Natalie was serving as a Senior Director in Human Resources with PepsiCo when she was recruited by the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Advance Auto Parts to lead the human resources department. 

As you can imagine, this is no small task. Advance Auto Parts is a 10 Billion dollar company with over 70,000 employees. She helped enact change within the company by rebuilding the C-suite team while recruiting top talent and putting them into key leadership positions. 

She also had a positive impact on the company’s well-established eighty-eight-year-old culture by improving diversity representation, enhancing the team member experience, and building a stronger employer brand.
